2.3.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. fachai68 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate member information including incorrect payment account details that affect withdrawal processing.
2.4.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the fachai68 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. fachai68 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and fachai68 bears no liability in respect of such access.
3.1.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fachai68 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Member Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
3.1.2 You must notify fachai68 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Member Account. fachai68 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use prior to receipt of such notification.
3.2.1 fachai68 is required under its regulatory licence to verify the identity of Members prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKAD), passport, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original deposit source.
3.3.1 You may close your Member Account at any time by contacting fachai68 support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completion of applicable KYC and wagering requirements, will be returned to your registered payment method. fachai68 reserves the right to close any Member Account at its discretion, with or without cause, subject to the return of verified withdrawable funds.
4.1.1 fachai68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.1.2 fachai68 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.
4.2.1 The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. fachai68 may refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the Member's name.
4.3.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case fachai68 will contact the Member to arrange an alternative. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
4.3.2 fachai68 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
4.3.3 Withdrawals of Bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific promotion. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before withdrawal are subject to a processing review.
